Does not include forms that need a vision exam, such as the DTOP driver's license form.

How to choose your visit type

If you came from a service page, the visit type is already selected. If you're not sure, choose the doctor visit.

  • Doctor visit (US$79): a new problem, virtual urgent care, primary care, children, birth control, STIs, skin and acne, visitors and chronic care.
  • Follow-up visit (US$49): a refill of a medicine you already take (non-controlled), or a review of your lab results from a previous visit with us.
  • School and work forms (US$35): school, university or job forms, and the lab order for the certificado de salud.
  • If your follow-up or forms visit turns out to need a full doctor visit, the doctor explains why and, with your consent, you pay the difference. See pricing.

  • Chest pain or pressure, or trouble breathing
  • Weakness, numbness or a drooping face on one side, or trouble speaking
  • Confusion, fainting or a seizure
  • Bleeding that will not stop, or a serious injury
  • A baby or child who is hard to wake, is working hard to breathe or will not drink
  • A fever (100.4 °F / 38 °C or higher) in a baby younger than 3 months
  • Thoughts of harming yourself (call or text 988, or Línea PAS 1-800-981-0023)

Confirm you can use the service

  • a)The patient (you or the person you are booking for) will be physically in Puerto Rico for the whole visit.
  • b)It is not an emergency, and none of the warning signs above apply. In an emergency, call 911. For thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988 or Línea PAS 1-800-981-0023.
  • c)If the patient is under 21, a parent with patria potestad (parental authority) or a legal guardian will be on camera for the whole visit and will show photo ID.

What happens after you pay

After you pay:

  1. We confirm your time by email or text, at the email and phone you gave when paying.

  2. We send you a secure video link. It works on your phone, tablet or computer. With it comes an invitation to complete your details and sign the informed consent.

  3. You see the doctor by video at the agreed time. She evaluates, diagnoses and treats.

  4. If appropriate, the doctor prescribes and we send your prescription to your pharmacy. If needed, she gives you a lab order for a lab near you. With the doctor visit, your doctor's note is included.

What to have ready

For the visit, have:

  • Photo ID. If the patient is under 21, the parent's or guardian's ID, plus the guardianship court order for a legal guardian.
  • A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, in a private, well-lit place with a good connection.
  • The name and address of your pharmacy.
  • A list of the medications you take and, for a child, a recent weight and a thermometer.
