Telehealth services in Puerto Rico
Our telehealth services in Puerto Rico include virtual urgent care and primary care, visits for children of all ages, prescription refills, lab orders, chronic care, birth control, STI testing and treatment, skin and acne care, medical weight loss, school and university forms, and care for visitors. There are three prices: doctor visit, follow-up visit and forms, with no insurance needed and no membership.

$35Which telehealth service to choose
Every service is one of three visit types. If you're not sure which to pick, choose the doctor visit: the doctor will assess your situation in an online doctor visit by video. Details on pricing.
- Doctor visit: a new problem, online urgent care for anything that is not an emergency, primary care, children, chronic care, birth control, STIs, skin and acne, weight loss, a low testosterone evaluation, and visitors.
- Follow-up visit: a refill of a medicine you already take (non-controlled), such as your blood pressure or weight loss medicine, or a review of your lab results from a previous visit.
- School and university forms: school or university forms and a medical certificate of an illness or condition the doctor evaluated.
What every service includes
Every service in our telehealth in Puerto Rico works the same way: we evaluate, diagnose and treat; if needed, we give you a lab order for a lab near you. If appropriate, the doctor prescribes and we send your prescription to your pharmacy, as with any online prescription. A doctor's note after your visit is included at no extra charge.
Every service, 24/7: video visits nights and weekends
The doctor offers video visits any time, including nights and weekends. Every day, any time (Puerto Rico time). Request a visit online 24/7 and choose your time right away. The clinic closes for the whole day on some holidays. For an emergency, call 911.
If your visit needs more than you booked
If a follow-up or forms visit turns out to need a full doctor visit, the doctor explains why and, only with your consent, you pay the difference. We never charge you anything without telling you first.
Who our telehealth services in Puerto Rico are for
We see you if:
- You are an adult or a child of any age; each visit type is the same price for every age.
- If the patient is under 21, a parent with patria potestad (parental authority) or a legal guardian is on camera for the whole visit and shows photo ID.
- You are physically in Puerto Rico during the visit: residents, tourists and cruise passengers.

The only things we don't do
