Our telehealth services in Puerto Rico, all by video, are visits for common health problems, refills of non-controlled medications, follow-up of stable chronic conditions, lab orders, and doctor's notes after a real visit. Every service is the same US$79 visit and is for patients who are physically in Puerto Rico, adults and children from 6 months old.

Online doctor in Puerto Rico: a video visit with a Puerto Rico-licensed physician for US$79, no insurance needed. Adults, kids from 6 months, and visitors.
- Prescription refills
Refill non-controlled maintenance medications after a video visit with a Puerto Rico-licensed doctor. No controlled substances. US$79 per visit.
- Chronic care
Chronic care by video for type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and thyroid with a Puerto Rico-licensed doctor. US$79 per follow-up visit.
- Lab orders
Get a lab order online after a US$79 video visit with a Puerto Rico-licensed doctor, when appropriate. Use any lab you like; the lab bills you directly.
- Doctor's note
A doctor's note for work or school in Puerto Rico, only after a video visit for a current illness. Never backdated. The visit costs US$79.
- Online doctor for kids
Video visits for children from 6 months with a PR-licensed general practice doctor. A parent or guardian stays on camera. US$79, same as adults.

What we don't offer by video
