To contact the telehealth service, email [email protected] or call the number below. We help with appointments, time changes, cancellations, refunds, receipts and records requests. This contact is not for emergencies or medical questions: in an emergency call 911, and to talk to the doctor about your health, request a video visit.

- Confirm, change or cancel your visit time.
- Ask for a refund or about one. See cancellations and refunds.
- Ask for an itemized receipt (superbill) or your Good Faith Estimate.
- Ask for a copy of your record, a correction, or a privacy question. See the privacy notice.
- Trouble getting into SimplePractice or the video visit.
Don't send health information by email
Email is not the place to tell us symptoms or medical details. Your name, the email you used to pay and what you need (for example, "change my time") are enough. The doctor will ask what she needs during the visit, which is a secure channel. If you need medical care, book a visit.

Complaints
If something went wrong, write to us and we will look into it. You can also go to Puerto Rico's medical licensing board, the Junta de Licenciamiento y Disciplina Médica (about medical care), or to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (about privacy).
