Description

Pore size of roughly 4A. The sieve beads are used for refining liquids/oils. Due to its pore structure, it can co-absorb CO2, H2O, H2S and chlorine compounds, but needs to be dried and activated for every use to absorb.
You can add molecular sieve beads to the boiling flask and the beads will keep the oil and adsorbent from sticking to the glassware until it cools down completely. Its ability to capture some chlorine compounds gives it some pesticide remediation capacity.

Mesh Size: 8×12
Formula: Na86[(AIO2)86(SiO2)106] • nH2O

Frequently asked questions

What pack sizes are available?+

2 kg pouch, 3.5 gal (9 kg), 7 gal (20 kg) and 55 gal (149.5 kg).

Is further specification available?+

No. This listing carries no descriptive text beyond its title and pack sizes, so bead diameter, pore size tolerance and adsorption capacity are not documented here. Request the manufacturer data sheet before ordering.
