Description

The OmniCore™ ETFE Lined Turnkey Reactor Assembly is a fully integrated, corrosion-proof system engineered for the most demanding chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications. Built on our proven OmniCore™ ETFE Lined Vessel platform, this turnkey package arrives fully assembled and ready for operation, streamlining setup and ensuring absolute chemical compatibility from the start.
Each assembly features a PTFE-coated mixer shaft designed for smooth, efficient agitation without metal contamination. Every wetted component—vessel interior, fittings, gaskets, dip tubes, and agitator hardware—is fully lined with ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) , providing a non-stick, zero-permeation barrier that eliminates corrosion, pitting, and cross-contamination.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel and ASME-rated to 250 PSI , the OmniCore™ reactor delivers industrial-grade strength with exceptional resistance to aggressive solvents, acids, and oxidizers. Its modular design simplifies cleaning, inspection, and integration into CIP/SIP and closed-loop process systems , supporting both bench-scale and pilot-scale applications.
For custom configurations please fill out our Customization Form.
Engineering drawings, ASME certification documents, and material traceability reports are available upon request.
Verify chemical compatibility and pressure/temperature limits before use; follow ASME and site safety procedures. Maintain gasket integrity and sanitary surfaces; inspect lining routinely.
ASME 250 PSI eTFE Lined 304 Stainless CIP/SIP Ready
Extreme corrosion resistance: Bonded eTFE liner provides inert, non-stick, low-permeation protection for harsh chemistries.
ASME pressure safety: Certified construction supports reliable operation up to 250 PSI .
Process cleanliness: Smooth fluoropolymer surface minimizes hold-up and simplifies CIP/SIP turnaround.
Why this OMNI Core eTFE Lined Vessel?

Bonded eTFE barrier — thermally fused, chemically bonded liner resists acids, oxidizers, and solvents with near-zero permeability.
ASME 250 PSI — certified construction for dependable pressure performance in pilot and production workflows.
Process purity — smooth, non-stick interior minimizes product hold-up and cross-contamination.
Serviceability — compatible with CIP/SIP protocols and standard sanitary connections.
