What is a CRIS (current research information system)?
A current research information system (CRIS) is an information system that collects, curates and connects the metadata about an organisation’s research activity — projects, funding, outputs, datasets, researchers and organisational units — so that it can be managed, exchanged and reported from a single authoritative source.
