Vizient answers the Healthcare Group Purchasing Industry Initiative's public accountability questionnaire as a GPO, and Vizient Supply, LLC is described there as its supply chain contracting arm. Vizient's own site description is broader, a performance improvement company, and does not lead with the GPO label. Premier, Inc. was publicly traded until Patient Square Capital completed its acquisition on November 25, 2025, and it is now privately held.
