Author NametextName of the author of the journal article. The author may be the lead author or a corresponding author. It depends on the internal policy of the institution.
Author Organisational UnittextOrganisation unit such as department or faculty in which the author is based.
CurrencytextThe currency of the estimated transaction cost.
DatedateThe date that an application/enquiry is first made.
Estimated ChargecurrencyAn estimated cost inclusive of VAT at time of deciding to pay an open access cost.
External NotestextNotes which clarify details for internal institutional purposes as well as notes to explain any context needed for external viewers.
