Advanced Extraction Labs
Advanced Extraction Labs ZETA Extra Large Series C1D1 Indoor Booth
$196,478.88 - $223,317.12
In stockPrice varies by Size.
The largest booth in this range: 16 ft wide by 14 ft high, in 30 and 40 ft lengths (Z30, Z40). The 14 ft internal height is the constraint to check first – it needs a tall bay rather than a standard warehouse ceiling. Modular construction, so the enclosure can be expanded later rather than replaced.

Description
The ZETA Series is the largest indoor booth in this range, built for high-volume extraction environments where the equipment itself is tall – columns, vessels and multi-level skids that will not fit under a 9 or 10 ft classified ceiling.
Builds as listed
- Z30 – 16 ft W x 14 ft H x 30 ft L
- Z40 – 16 ft W x 14 ft H x 40 ft L
The 14 ft internal height is the first thing to verify against the receiving building. A 14 ft booth needs meaningfully more than 14 ft of clear height once building services, sprinkler heads and the booth’s own roof structure are allowed for, and that requirement rules out most standard-height industrial space before any other consideration.
The booths are supplied fully equipped and can be configured in a range of layouts. Like the other modular units in this range they are expandable and can be extended after installation. They can be used for cannabinoid (CBD and THC) extraction among various other extraction types.
Area classification and occupancy approval rest with your local authority having jurisdiction. Confirm the engineering and certification package included with your configuration before ordering.
Frequently asked questions
What sizes are available?+
Two: Z30 at 16 ft wide x 14 ft high x 30 ft long, and Z40 at the same width and height x 40 ft long.
What building height does it need?+
More than 14 ft. The internal height is 14 ft, so the clear height available in the receiving space - measured below sprinklers, ducts, lighting and any overhead crane rail - has to exceed that with room for the booth's own structure and for installation access. Check this before anything else, because it disqualifies most standard-height industrial units.
Can it be expanded later?+
Yes. Like the other modular booths in this range, ZETA units are expandable and can be extended after installation. Plan the adjacent floor area and the services capacity for the extension at the outset - the constraint is normally the host building rather than the booth.
What does C1D1 mean?+
Class I, Division 1 is a National Electrical Code hazardous-area classification for locations where ignitable concentrations of flammable gases or vapours are present under normal operating conditions. It sets the requirements for electrical equipment, wiring methods, ventilation and gas detection inside the classified space.
What is included?+
The booth is supplied fully equipped for its classification and can be built in a range of configurations. Process extraction equipment is not part of the booth. Confirm the exact scope in writing against your configuration before ordering, particularly the boundary with your own mechanical, electrical and fire protection works.
What do we need for permitting?+
Area classification and occupancy approval are decided by your local authority having jurisdiction. Establish before ordering which engineering drawings, calculations and gas detection certifications come with the booth and which your own engineer must produce for the submittal.
