DOAJ: the open access quality baseline

The Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) is not a citation database and does not compute impact metrics.   2. Scopus: search Scopus’s source list (via a Scopus subscription, or Elsevier’s publicly downloadable Scopus source-title list) by ISSN — ISSN is more reliable than title, since journal titles change and are sometimes reused.
