Its core mechanism is an automated-harvest engine that continuously searches Scopus, Web of Science, Crossref, PubMed, arXiv, and other external sources for outputs likely authored by each researcher, then presents candidate matches to that researcher (or a delegated administrator) for a simple accept/reject decision.
