Transfer Pumps

An explosion-proof, magnetically driven gear pump for feeding high-viscosity crude into falling film evaporators and other distillation equipment. It is rated 60 L/hr and handles fluids up to 70,000 cP at 110°F, vacuum-compatible to 29.5 inHg with an FKM (Viton) seal and both KF and NPT adapters. The 0.5 HP, 1750 rpm inverter-duty motor is rated Class I Division 1 and takes 230/460 V, three-phase, 60 Hz.

An air-operated 1/2 in. double-diaphragm transfer pump with polypropylene housings and Santoprene diaphragms and balls, rated to 14 GPM maximum flow and 150°F maximum fluid temperature. Fluid ports are 1/2 in. NPT, the air inlet is 1/4 in. FNPT, maximum operating pressure is 100 psi, and it self-primes 10 ft dry and 15 ft wet. Available as the bare pump or as a fully assembled kit with valves, regulator, gauge and fittings.

An air-operated 1/2 in. double-diaphragm transfer pump supplied as a plumbed kit with ball valves, a regulator, gauge and fittings already assembled. Fluid ports are 1/2 in. NPT with a 1/4 in. FNPT air inlet, maximum operating pressure is 100 psi, and the pump self-primes 10 ft dry and 15 ft wet. Part reference PD05A-ASS-STT-B-KIT; an air supply of 8 CFM or more is recommended.
