Digital vacuum controller with an isolated sensor and industrial valving, for closed-loop set-point control on rotary evaporation, drying and filtration.

DigiVac SNAP automatic vacuum process controller, regulating from 2 to 760 Torr to plus/minus 5% of reading and converging within 30 seconds after a disturbance. A dual-valve module performs both proportional throttling and proportional bleed to atmosphere through a 20 mm vacuum path on KF25 fittings, and up to 8 recipe steps of up to 999 minutes each can ramp or hold pressure. Wetted surfaces are 304 stainless steel.

DigiVac FYRA configured as a two-sensor vacuum regulator, listed for 10 millitorr to 6 Torr with sensors for both the roughing pump and the system. Control is by upper and lower set points driving a 24 VDC valve directly, with a 3.9 in touchscreen, USB and 0-10 V analogue in and out. WiFi is a selectable option. 100-240 VAC 50/60 Hz; UL, CE and CSA.

DigiVac FYRA configured for end-of-primary-drying detection, pairing a convection-enhanced Pirani (Lesker 275, KF25) against a Quantum DCP capacitive-piezo gauge so that the converging difference between their readings signals the end of primary drying in a freeze dryer or vacuum oven. Listed control range is 0.01 to 100 Torr with accuracy quoted over 0.0005 to 1000 Torr. CE, UL and CSA.

DigiVac Vapor Pressure Controller (VPC-M), a vacuum measurement and regulation instrument for chemistry distillation and rotary evaporation. It holds a user-set vacuum set-point and shows both set-point and current pressure on an LED readout, resolving separations of compounds whose vapour pressures differ by as little as 10 Torr. UL, CE, CSA and RoHS certified, with bench-top or lab-pole mounting.
