Editorial commentary
Tasks (e.g., T3.1, T3.2 within WP3) provide the operational granularity below work packages. Each task has a short narrative, contributing partners with effort allocations, and time-window within the WP. Tasks may be further broken down into subtasks for internal planning, though only WP-level effort is normally reported to the Commission. Task assignment is critical to consortium internal management and is reviewed at periodic reports.
