Editorial commentary

Deliverables are the building blocks of project accountability. Horizon Europe Annex 1 lists every deliverable by number, title, lead beneficiary, due date, type (report, demonstrator, dataset, etc.), and dissemination level (public, sensitive, classified). Deliverables are uploaded to the Funding & Tenders Portal for review by the Project Officer. NIH and UKRI use similar deliverable structures, though less formally codified. Failure to deliver, or delivery quality issues, are tracked in interim reports.
