Editorial commentary
The Grant Agreement (GA) is the master legal instrument for Horizon Europe and predecessor programmes. It consists of the core agreement, multiple annexes (work plan, budget, accession forms), and applicable model-specific clauses (RIA, IA, lump sum, Marie Sklodowska-Curie variants). The Annotated Grant Agreement provides the Commission's official interpretation. Beneficiaries accede to the GA through formal accession forms. Amendments to the GA require formal Commission approval.
