Examples
Worked examples
- Is an instance
A UKRI R4RI submitted in the two-page format with four narrative sections and an outputs list on the third page
Counter-examples
Looks similar, but isn't
- Not an instance
A four-page CV that doesn't fit in the format is not a two-page narrative
Editorial commentary
The two-page constraint is operationally important: it forces curation rather than completeness and prevents back-door reintroduction of full publication lists. Reviewers expect the format to be respected; exceeding the limit is typically a desk-rejection criterion.
