Editorial commentary

Methods reproducibility is the bar set by reporting standards (CONSORT, ARRIVE, PRISMA, STROBE). It is a property of the published record itself: a study can have perfect methods reproducibility yet fail computational or empirical reproducibility, and vice versa.
